6Deposits and Account Balance
Deposits must be made through a method currently shown in the oh365 cashier. Depending on availability and account eligibility, methods may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI or UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa or Mastercard cards. Displayed methods, limits, and processing conditions may change.
You should use only a wallet, bank account, or card held in your own name. Before sending PHP, confirm the amount, payment instructions, reference, and recipient information. oh365 is not responsible for avoidable errors caused by incorrect details, unsupported channels, expired instructions, or transfers sent outside the authorised process.
A credited balance is not a bank deposit and does not earn interest. It is available only for permitted activity under these terms. If a credit is reversed, duplicated, mistaken, or subject to a provider dispute, oh365 may make a corresponding balance adjustment after review.
7Withdrawals and Processing Reviews
Withdrawal requests must use an eligible destination displayed for your oh365 account. The destination should belong to the verified account holder. You are responsible for checking every mobile number, bank detail, and PHP amount before confirming the request.
oh365 may review identity, payment ownership, account activity, promotion status, submitted entries, and transaction history before processing funds. A pending request is not necessarily rejected. Processing time can be affected by verification, maintenance, network availability, weekends, bank schedules, InstaPay or PESONet conditions, and other factors outside direct platform control.
If details are incomplete or inconsistent, oh365 may request clarification or supporting information. Users must not submit repeated withdrawals to bypass a pending review. Any applicable minimum, maximum, or method-specific condition will be shown through the relevant account process.
8Game Entries, Wagers, and Confirmations
Before submitting a wager or game entry, you must review the event, market, selection, odds or return, PHP amount, round identifier, and closing time. An entry is normally accepted only when confirmed and recorded by oh365. Content merely displayed on a screen does not necessarily confirm acceptance.
Once accepted, an entry generally cannot be cancelled or changed unless the applicable rules allow it. Users are responsible for checking the confirmation and account history. Repeated tapping, a slow connection, or leaving the page does not automatically cancel an entry already received by oh365.
Game outcomes involve risk and uncertainty. Previous results do not guarantee future results, and no strategy can remove chance. oh365 does not promise a win, a profit, or a particular return. All participation must remain within the user's chosen entertainment budget.
9Results, Settlements, and Corrections
Events and games are settled using the applicable rules and the official result recognised by oh365. Settlement timing may differ by sport, market, game, or technical status. A displayed result may remain provisional until the outcome is confirmed.
When an obvious pricing, odds, result, display, technical, or settlement error occurs, oh365 may investigate and make a reasonable correction in line with the relevant rules. This may include recalculating, voiding, or resettling an affected entry. Account balances may be adjusted to reflect the corrected result.
If a game round is interrupted, oh365 will rely on recorded system information and the applicable game rules to determine whether the round completed, remained pending, or became void. Keep the round or transaction reference if you need to review an outcome.
